No more than one article by the same author (co-author) may be published in the issue.

The journal does not charge a submission fee. The publication fee is charged only after an article has been accepted for publication and has no influence on the peer-review process or editorial decisions.

Submitted manuscripts are subject to editing, peer review, and plagiarism check.

The articles are checked for plagiarism using the software StrikePlagiarism.com developed by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.

If the article successfully passes peer review and is accepted for publication, the author will be provided with bank details for payment of the publication fee.

After making the payment, the author must send a scanned copy of the receipt to the editorial office.

The publication fee is UAH 1600 (up to 12 pages). Each extra page is charged at UAH 50. The publication fee covers the costs associated with the processing, peer review, and publication of the article.

The editorial board accepts individual articles submitted by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs for publication free of charge, provided that the manuscripts are authored solely by the students (without co-authors), comply with the journal’s requirements, and adhere to the principles of academic integrity.

Along with the manuscript, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate issued the graduate studies department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must be signed by the head of the relevant department and bear the its official seal.

Authors may also order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 1000 and is payable in addition to the publication fee.

The electronic version of the journal will be posted on the website after November 16, 2026.

The printed version of the journal will be sent to the authors who order it after December 15, 2026.

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ARTICLE COMPOSITION:

Original articles are accepted for publication, which represent the results of scientific studies with statistical data processing that has theoretical and / or practical significance and is relevant for agriculture and which have not been published before.

Articles of the review nature are accepted under the authorship of leading Ukrainian and foreign scientists, recognized specialists in their field, as a rule, doctors of sciences.

Articles are submitted in Ukrainian or English.

The editorial board encourages authors to submit manuscripts in English to facilitate the international dissemination of research findings.

The article volume is from 8 to 15 pages of A4 format, including summaries, tables, drawings and bibliographic lists. If the article contains significant scientific results, according to the decision of the editorial board, its volume may be expanded.

Fields: upper and lower, left and right – 2.0 cm; line spacing – 1,5; font “Times New Roman” – 14; paragraph indent – 0,5 cm (it is not allowed to create a paragraph indentation using the Tab key and space bar); the text is aligned in width.

It is obligatory to use the dash in the text rather than the hyphen between the numbers to indicate the quantitative limits from ... to (for example, 10 – 15 tons) or the time period (for example, 2010 – 2015). You need to put non-breaking space (Ctrl + Shift + Spacebar) between the initials as well as between the initials and the last name (for example, Ivanenko I. I.), figures and units of measurement (for example, 10 kg, 23 ° С), dates (for example, XX century).

Tables and drawings must have a title and a numerical number. Place them after the first reference to them in the text. The references to the table and figures are in brackets (table 1).

 

THE ARTICLE STRUCTURE:

  • problem statement (description of analyzed problem in general terms and its connection with the important scientific or practical tasks);
  • analysis of recent research and publications (in which the solution of the problem was initiated and the author bases on, the allocation of previously unresolved parts of the general problem, the article is devoted to;
  • article goal;
  • materials and research methodology (this part could be missed in the text of review article);
  • research results (with a full justification of received scientific results);
  • conclusions (the results of the research and prospects for further investigation in this area; conclusions should meet the purpose).

 

ORDER OF STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF THE ARTICLE:

 

  • subject section;
  • UDC index (left without indention);
  • article title in capital letters (it should be brief and informative);
  • surnames and initials of all authors (surname, and initials of the author (-s). It is

obligatory to indicate scientific degree, academic title of the authors. Font – semi bold, at left without a paragraph indentation);

  • full name of institution(s) where the author(s) works;
  • the text of the article with the marked compulsory sections (structure);
  • Bibliography (Bibliographic description of the list of used sources is conducted, taking into account the National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 8302: 2015 Information and documentation. Bibliographic reference. General principles and rules of composition”) In order to ensure the quality of scientific citations, it is mandatory to indicate the DOI of the source (if available) in the list of references;
  • References (the same sources, but in English, executed according to the international bibliographic standard APA);
  • summary and key words in English;
  • summary and key words in Ukrainian;

 

Authors annotations (summary) for scientific articles are submitted in three languages – in Ukrainian and English. Volume is up to 1800 symbols with spaces. The following summary structure is compulsory: Goal, Methods, Results and Conclusions (in Ukrainian – Мета, Методи, Висновки). It is necessary to add 5-8 key words or phrases, none of which can’t double the words from the article title.

PROHIBITION OF USING SCIENTIFIC WORKS OF THE OCCUPYING COUNTRY

It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
